Messaged on a Saturday afternoon about a broken hinge on a window, Monday morning was there and gave an on the spot quite to replace and also do some additional work replacing a window with condensation inside. We're really pleased with Double Glazing Doctors. Wayne visited to quote and was really clear with what would be done and how long it would take. The quote was good and we got a date for the work really quickly. Although it had to be moved a day (the ordered glazing took longer to arrive than expected) communication was good all the way through. On the day Wayne did a great job, doing everything on the quote and happily added in an extra I'd forgotten to ask for originally. He advised on how best to maintain our windows and doors and left the place tidy. The service was excellent and at a price we were happy with.
