  • Are you Fensa Certificated?

    No. It is not needed to replace failed double glazed units. Fensa and similar bodies are for replacement frames complete. Fensa certification is for new installations replacing existing frames. So no, not required.


  • Can I can give you the measurements of my failed window unit for a price over the phone?

    Unfortunately not as it’s not just the width & height. We also need to know the thickness of the unit, type of glass and a few other more technical details.

  • Do you de-mist?

    No chance! I’ve seen loads of it over the years and the results are extremely poor. So many say they’ve gone down that road with much regret as the moisture returns within months, sometimes weeks.


  • Do you have a call out charge?

    No. It won’t cost you a penny for us to take a look at what needs doing. You’ll receive the quotation by your choice of email, telephone or in the post.


  • Do you have you got a shop or a showroom??

    We don’t have one as we are purely just a site visit business.

  • Are you insured?

    Absolutely, all fully insured.
